B is for...

I wasn't lieing when I said, more baby posts to follow!

Now this I adore! Found from Twigs & Thistle, beautifully designed Baby Shower! Being a graphic designer myself, this would be exactly what I would envision for a baby shower. Not only is the theme very well excecuted, it still is making it a very fun and relaxed enviroment for everyone.

So if anyone is having any babies, or someone that you know, let this inspire you :)

There's an elephant in the room

My favourite animal at the moment would have to be an elephant! I think they are totally adorable with their giant ears, and long curly snout. I got thinking about elephants when we started to refer our puppies ears to that of Dumbo (he's a Spaniel, with ears that hang to the floor!). So I found these beautiful prints by Trafalgar. They are perfect for the season I am in at the moment, as everyone around me seem to be pregnant, and these prints would go beautifully in a baby's room!

Don't worry, I don't think I am clucky yet! However, I am getting more and more ideas for my little mini-me's room, the pretty little things I would dress them up in and awesome activities that will become tradition in our house! :)

Nonpareil Mag

Lately I have become very inspired by DIY projects, anything from an amazing theme for a child's birthday party, to stationary at a baby shower, or scrapbooking. And just my luck, I came across Nonpareil, which is an online DIY magazine! It has some amazing ideas for weddings, birthdays, dinners, and even supplies you with some templates as well.

Just shows you, you can still have a beautiful event, at a cheaper price, by using your creativity and making your own decorations, food and table settings.

Take One...

As you may know earlier this year I bought myself (or should I say, the hubby spoilt me) a Supersampler camera. This is my "take one" with this camera :) Had a ton of fun and learnt lots from the first film! These pics were taken while on holiday in Queenstown for my husband, Neil, and his brother's birthday...best holiday!

So, I am ready to go buy some more film and get cranking!

Office space inspiration

Thanks to Loveology, I found this beautiful office space by creative, Jennifer Ramos from Made By Girl. Myself and one of my great friends are on a bit of a venture and are busy setting up a design business (watch this space!) and feel so inspired by this office! How can you not help but be inspired in such a place?

In other news, I am picking up my first prints from my Supersampler camera this afternoon! So super amped to see how these puppies came out! More to follow on that tomorrow :)

Dreaming awake

Ever had the feeling when your not sure whether your awake or dreaming? That's what last night was like! I've come down with the flu and confused pretty much the whole night thinking I'm dreaming, but in fact I am awake.

But after a nice day under the blankets, chicken soup and endless cups of coffee, and some DVD's, I am feeling much better! I guess winter is finally here?

Luckily a day at home meant I had the chance to find these beauties by SunnyMary. Can you believe she is only 18?! So inspired!
